MAGNETICALLY DRIVEN CHEMICAL STANDARD PUMPS according to ISO 2858 / DIN 24256
Horizontal, normal suction, single-stage, magnetic driven chemical standard pumps in close-coupled or process design made of stainless steel or non-metallic materials also according to ATEX 2014/34/EU.
The magnetically driven standard chemical pumps of the MCA series are centrifugal pumps based on the flow machine principle. Magnetically driven pumps do not require shaft seals and operate absolutely leak-free. Power is transmitted to the hydraulic part of the pump without physical contact, using strong NdFeB or CoSm permanent magnets in a force-locked connection, ensuring secure and maintenance-free conveyance of the pumped liquid. The pump series is made of the highest quality materials, such as stainless steel (1.4401), Hastelloy C 276 or titanium. The pumps are designed according to ISO 2858 and DIN 24256 as standard. All pumps of this series meet the highest standards of quality and cost-effectiveness, as well as safety, longevity and environmental compatibility, with a convincing price / performance ratio.

Design Features
• Double slide bearing suspension and double axial thrust compensationminimizes axial force and moment load during frequent load changes. Standard SiC plain bearings ensure maximum corrosion resistance with optimum sliding properties (minimal friction losses).
• Integrated by-pass lubrication
offers optimal emergency running properties in the event of an accident, such as for dry running or operation against shut-off valves closed on the pressure side. At the same time, the plain bearings are lubricated uniformly everywhere and the temperatures in the plain bearing area are constantly minimized.
• Dual-back-pull-out-design
allows quick replacement of wear parts without having to disconnect the pumps from the piping system.
• Quick-Change-Cartridge-System
offers easy replacement of wearing parts in just a few minutes, without the need for special tools.
• ATEX versions
All pumps of the MCA series are available for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. Type of protection Ex II2G T3-5.
• Special versions
Special versions for high or low temperature applications (-150 °C up to + 350 °C), as well as special pressure stages, are available on request.
